Ford's Main Stage Monday thru Thursday $1500 Per Day ---Friday thru Sunday $2500 Per Day
Porter's Sound Stage Monday thru Thursday $2000 Per Day ---Friday thru Sunday $3000 Per Day
Rates includes house lights and sound only. Additional lights and audio equipment are available for rent as requested. 50% deposit due at signing with full payment due 10 days prior to event(s). Event host must opt to use our box office and our online event site to sale their event tickets. There is a $25 set up fee and $1.75 charge for every ticket sold settled at the end of the event(s).
This is a NON-UNION house. Usher, lighting, sound, stage managers, etc. are hired at the discretion of the event organizer. Crossroads Sound & Stage Theater can provide personnel for additional cost as outlined in the application. Security is hired and employed by venue. You may request a 10 day hold on your dates with a nonrefundable deposit of $150 that will go toward your contract once signed. This is for the Theater only and NOT the sound stage. Sound stage requires a full 50% to hold any production dates.
Crossroads Sound & Stage Theater allows vendors and merchandise to be sold in the lobby. There is a cost per vendor outlined in the application.
There are NO application fees; but if approved you will have 24 hours to sign and pay the initial deposit or opt to hold the dates for 7 days at a hold date nonrefundable $150 fee that will be deducted from your 50% deposit due. You may request an additional 10 day hold at a cost of $150.
